For three days, during the afternoon, I was sitting or lying on a bench and I offered to passing people to TALK TO ME. This words were attached to the bench and on the ground there was to read: "You can insulte me, you can speak words of kindness or you can talk bout yourself" and "Come close to my ear - each language - I keep silence for one week".
I spended one week in Venice and I stoped talking, when the plane was leaving Berlin and I didn't go on, befor being back there. I was only comunicating by written words or sentences:
in the hotel, getting a ticket or with all the other artists, joining Infr'action Venezia. Thus, a lot of things went different and somehow better. Not to talk was the base for this performance and it came to astonishing interpersonal contacts. In those days of excitement during the preview of the the Venice Biennale, I created a space of attention and it  found big resonance.
